Call Center Executive – Voice Process
Job Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls related to policies.
Follow up with internal team for Pre-Auth cases.
Convincing customer related to claims.
Provide Claim & Pre-Auth status to customers and hospitals.
Update daily tracker to escalation team.
Guide the customer about claims procedures.
Providing information related to corporate and individual policies.
