Connectivity Solutions Group (CSG) based in Mumbai is looking for a customer obsessed individual to manage customer escalations through the lifecycle of a subscription. This includes keeping track of escalations, ensuring < 4 Hr turnaround for all escalations, ensuring proper close looping with the customer on escalations and contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience. Key job responsibilities Accurate tracking of all customer escalations to the customer experience team. Coordinating and executing resolution (non technical issues) < 4 hours Close looping with the customer on resolution 1 to 2 years of work experience Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional set up, managing customer escalations effectively This post is listed Under Mumbai jobs
