Position : Customer Support Coordinator
Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is looking for a Customer Support /Project Coordinator to sit remotely. This person will be working with Azure customers to resolve customer issues. They will be working with a high volume of cases on a day to day. Candidates will need to follow up and follow through with the cases and the customers without much direction (once ramped up). There will be established guidelines to follow for these roles. All candidates should have high attention to details and ability to organize data into a comprehensive summary of an issue. Responsibilities include using internal resources to collect information to verify eligibility for support, summarizing the key elements of a problem, and determining if the issue falls within defined support boundaries. With large volumes of case work, efficiency in resolving and closing cases and ensuring complete case documentation for all support issues is vital to being successful in this role.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2-5 years of customer experience in a technology/KPI driven environment
Experience working with multiple deliverables and escalations simultaneously
Experience working with customers on a technical product or a technical environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong customer facing ability
DESIRED SKILLS
Bachelors degree or certification in Computer Science/technology related field
Previous MSFT experience
Strong billing, insurance or finance background
Experience within Azure or AWS
Experience following and meeting KPIs/strong data and metric experience
