Job Description:
Perform regular and system backups.
Configure and maintain computing infrastructure
Resolve various technical problems ranging from PC’s, hardware, software, network printers, LAN/WAN
Resolve software and hardware-related issues.
Perform system backups and recovery per the backup schedule and will be supervised by the IT manager to ensure system stability.
Provide solutions and work closely with helpdesk support staff to support day to day activities
Creating user, group object,s and OU’s.
Handling Active directory users and computers tools.
Troubleshooting and configuring the email like Thunderbird, Outlook (2003, 2010, 2013).
