Your role::
Proactively reviews and understands financial and operating results and partners with the leaders they support to interpret results
Identify, measure and track key metrics to effectively calculate the ROI of CHG’s Strategic Initiatives
Prepares monthly reports for teams and divisions and can deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis with minimal direction from leader
Responsible for reporting, budgeting, and projecting capital expenditures
Draws accurate conclusions and takes a proactive approach at sharing information with the teams and divisions supported
Actively seeks opportunities to become involved in projects and communicates status effectively
Demonstrates an understanding of key drivers that lead to an effective projection and budget process
Provides information, analysis, and recommendations for decisions that will support growth
Establishes relationships throughout CHG, particularly within the teams and divisions supported
Other duties as assigned
Your qualifications::
Demonstrates the ability to live the CHG core values
Demonstrates strong understanding of current processes and proactively looks for process improvement opportunities
Eager to expand learning potential and seeks opportunities to grow and develop new skills
Makes process improvement recommendations
Understands key drivers within the team they support, including market conditions
Strong understanding of how data flows between systems
Experience:
1-4 years work experience in finance, accounting, or related field
Preferred:
Degree in Finance or Accounting
