Job Description : We are looking for a well organized, dependable, friendly and professional person to fill our front desk receptionist position. The primary duties for this roll include but are not limited to: Greeting clients, answering phone calls, following up with backordered materials, coping, filing, faxing, ordering supplies, and assisting office staff. Must be reliable with strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. Good working knowledge of Quickbooks Excel/ Smart sheet, Good math skills, Self-starter and have the ability to handle a diverse work load. Ability to prioritize duties.
