Program Overview:
Our 2-year Analyst Program provides talented young professionals with a rotation structure composed of four 6-month placements within our Coverage and Product teams: a unique opportunity to develop core technical and analytical skills fundamental to working in the banking industry. Analysts will also have the opportunity to receive Credit training. Analysts will receive formal training and the opportunity to become licensed as representatives of our US registered broker-dealer, LSI.
The program will commence in July 2022.
Responsibilities:

Rotation Description:
24-month program consisting of diverse rotations that provide personalized and specialist training; 4 business areas including a credit training rotation2 weeks of in depth training at the start of the programSponsorship in Series 7 and 63 exams; FINRA licensing training and guidance providedMentor provided to help guide AnalystAnalysts are encouraged to shape their learning and development to progress their career goals
Designed to fully immerse the Analyst in the daily activities of the business
Successful Analysts may be eligible for a permanent position in Coverage or Product after the completion of the program
Qualifications:

Education and key skills required:
Applicants must be undergraduate seniors who are scheduled to graduate by June 2022. Additionally, they must meet the following requirements:
Strong GPA of at least 3.0
Interest in finance, economics and/or global financial markets
Desire to learn and build their professional skill set
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
