Job Description : Marketing Manager / Executive Assistant Progressive and growing firm based in the Old Mill area is looking to add a dynamic Marketing Manager/ Executive Assistant to our team. We are an executive recruiting firm specializing in Highway and Commercial Construction. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who will also support the President/CEO. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while also being a proactive problem solver. This individual will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities and performing administrative and general HR duties. There will also be occasional personal assistant duties. If you are a people person who loves the rewarding challenge of wearing multiple hats, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Manager· Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration· Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives including email marketing campaigns· Create weekly social media posts and job postings in collaboration with Recruiters· Design and submit quarterly blogs, print and digital advertising, and sponsored event marketing· Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, external magazine ads, industry events, etc.) and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies· Maintain and update company website· Plan and execute sponsored events such as registration, travel itineraries, and all logistical details· Collaborate with external vendors on client and candidate gifts· Plan and execute promotional gifts and Holiday communicationsExecutive Assistant· Provide support to the President as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently· Manage communication between upper management and employees, while also liaising with internal and external clients on various projects and tasks· Assist with professional and personal scheduling for CEO· Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database· Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials· Assist in HR administrative tasks for onboarding of new employees, employee files, benefit changes, and entering data into HR information systems· Organize team communications and sponsored events, both internally and externally· Organize team lunches and employee appreciation events and gifts· Occasional personal assistant tasksSkills and Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills· Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools· Excellent time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems· Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge· Ability to keep company confidences· HR experience a plus· Willingness and ability to travelB*enefits*Salary: $55-70k DOEAnnual bonus planComprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans401K with 3% company matchPhone reimbursementCompetitive PTO and sick leaveEqual Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free WorkplaceIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Executive & Personal Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
