Job Description : Urgently Hiring!!No experience required!!$500 signing bonus!!!!! $250 after 90 days and the remaining after 6 monthsPay Rate: Day shift: $17.50 an hour, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.Swing Shift: $18.75 an hour, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.Night Shift: $$20 an hour, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.JOB: OperatorMANAGEMENT: Production OBJECTIVE:Effectively carries out activities related to the production of Tiles and plastic parts, through the proper use of the assigned equipment. Fully complying with the instructions given by the Quality Control and shift Supervisor staff. Ensuring with this, that the manufactured parts are within the quality standards established by the company.COMPETENCES FOR THE POSITION:Good communicationWork as a teamWork under pressureFollow company rules and policies.FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:1. Proceeds to prepare the necessary boxes and quantity for your work station.2. Ensures, to have all the materials and tools necessary for the performance of its functions.3. Receive instructions from the operator who is delivering the machines, in order to continue with the production.4. Complies with the instructions given by quality control staff regarding the handling of the product.5. Properly place and accommodate the finished product on pallets.6. Place labels on each box. Pre-checking that the information printed on it corresponds to the Work Order of the product.7. Inform Quality Control staff, about any situation or damage with the products. (short, plastic excess, shadows, color faults, etc.)8. Report in a timely manner about any event/emergency related to equipment (abrupt stops, alarms, unusual sounds, water leaks, oil, etc.)9. Provides support for training new operators10. Proper use of PPE implements supplied by the company. (lenses, gloves, ear protectors)11. Deliver the shift, leaving your work area clean and tidy.12. Must comply with the rules, policies and security measures established by the company13.
