Experience in handling ILD customer complaint issues NLD/ILD roaming call failure, CLI issue, one-way audio etc.
Routing the traffic for ILD carriers as per RA requirement.
Checked Carrier wise performance Report, IP report & Band Width Utilization Report.
Experience in various Protocols, e.g. SS7, SIP, SIGTRAN & H.323 etc. to diagnose any reason for call failures.
