The Company is launching new communities and developments and is seeking experienced professionals that share our passion for making great places and delivering outstanding value to our residents, businesses, community partners and investors.Position SummaryThe Office Manager position provides operational and executive support, contract administration and accounting support services in a very visible way. The role is both people and task oriented, interfacing across the entire organization and beyond to our customers and partners. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast- paced environment.Principal Accountabilities Office Function and Executive Support Establish and manage office related service providers to ensure smooth function of the office as well as monitor and replenish office supplies.Schedule meetings and appointments, organizing meeting resources such as rooms, agendas and meeting materials.Assistance with preparation and compilation of presentation materials such as management reports and investor packages.Arrange and manage company events to take place inside and outside the workplace.Manage and route incoming written and email correspondence and calls, including tracking priority items.Support executive team as necessary.Contract Administration Includes engagement in both Vendor and Land Sale Contracts.Builds and develops working relationships with key contractors and vendors.Creation, execution, tracking and administration of contracts, including verification of insurance, inspections, routing and processing invoicing and payments.Builds and develops working relationships with homebuilders.Manages and monitors builder agreements, earnest money deposits and escrows – coordinates with title company and builders on diligence, monthly/quarterly lot takedowns, requests, sales, and closings in line with contracts.Administers and monitors builder performance metrics, construction inspection systems, insurance requirements, profit participation agreements, etc.Accounting Support Includes engagement with Accounting Team and Operational Managers.Ensure timely routing, approval and payment of invoices per established processes.Support expense reimbursement reporting, approvals and payments.Provide support to ensure verification of requested information for payments.Prepare checks for appropriate signatures and distribution.Desired QualificationsHigh school diploma, with a preference for a college degree or secondary education.3-year minimum experience in an operational or executive support role.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task, along with strong business writing and communication skills.Demonstrated pro-active problem solver.Experience as a notary public or paralegal a plus.Demonstrated knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office skills, along with ability to become familiar with company specific programs such as Sage and Timberscan.Must have the ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality.Compensation and BenefitsThird Cadence offers a competitive salary and benefits package for the position.Working Conditions and Location Office environment – Wasatch FrontJob Type: Full-timePay: From $1.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)operational or executive support role: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
