Position : Project Manager Entry Level- West Jordan
Job Description : Role + Responsibilities
Provide technical, application and product support, including pricing and delivery information to salespeople and customers
Review incoming orders for proper product selection and application.
Support Outside Sales with lead qualification/follow-up, Bid specifications and Project bid specifications
Answer sales personnel’s questions regarding doing business with Rust Automation & Controls (tools and processes)
Perform field visits to customer sites for relationship development, training, and driving sales
Assist and manage certain sales initiates to drive business directly with customers
Job Requirements
Actively seeks information to understand customer circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs
Acts independently through personal initiative
Demonstrates an understanding of customer needs to initiate solutions
Implement customer feedback to improve overall experience and prevent issues from occurring
Thinks critically with problem-solving skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and bid specifications
Effectively present information in a clear and organized manner, and respond professionally and appropriately to questions of managers, reps, and customers
Ability to read P&ID drawings & engineer specifications to align the bill of materials of our product offering to match those requirements
Basic knowledge of Pressure, Temperature, Analytical, Flow, Level, etc. type transmitter equipment, and their corresponding ISA type symbols and abbreviations a plus.
CRM experience such as Salesforce, Netsuite, or equivalent systems. (Preferred)
Experience with Excel, Word, and other general Microsoft type software.
