Job Description : Our brand new Talent Acquisition team is looking for a skilled, process and candidate oriented in-house Recruiter to help the HireArt internal team triple by the end of the year. As one of the team’s first hires, you’ll also use your expertise to help shape and implement the practices of the Talent Acquisition team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a remote, full-cycle Recruiter to be one of the very first hires on our Talent Acquisition team and play an integral role in shaping our recruiting processes and practices for our internal hiring. You’ll source, interview, and hire talented individuals across all of our departments, including engineering, product, marketing, sales, and operations.

We need someone who can source candidates through traditional and innovative methods, be an enthusiastic proponent of what makes us great, and be dedicated to finding candidates who are skilled, insightful, and share our ethos.

You’ll have high visibility to leadership and partner with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to structure hiring processes, gather requirements, get our candidate search started on the right foot, and recalibrate along the way. You’ll offer support and guidance to interviewers, share best practices with the team, and make sure your roles are on track and your progress is documented.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent, W-2 position that is open to candidates who reside and are authorized to work within the United States or Canada. All candidates should be willing to work during EST business hours.

You need to have

Experience helping scale a team – With your help, we hope to triple to our team by the end of the year. You should be practiced and comfortable with managing a req load of 15 at a time.

A strong recruiting background – You should have experience owning full-lifecycle recruiting within two or more of the following areas within a relevant industry: marketing, sales, engineering, product, human resources, operations.

A strong sourcing background – You should have a proven ability to cultivate strong candidate pipelines through innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for roles in competitive markets.

The ability to strategically prioritize – You’ll need to jump into the fold of current hiring processes and plan for future, ongoing, and changing staffing needs.

Experience gathering requirements directly from hiring managers – From ideal candidate profiles to job descriptions, from time-to-fill to time spent screening candidates, gathering the right requirements early is crucial for optimizing the hiring process for everyone involved.

It’s a plus if you have

Managed 15-20 reqs at once
4+ years of experience as a recruiter
In-house recruiting experience
Experience hiring full-stack engineers, product managers, QA engineers and/or product designers.
Experience building pipelines of candidates for sales positions.
Dedicated experience as a talent sourcer
Recruiting experience with a scale-up, fast-growing company, or tech company offering a B2B software product.
