Job Description : Temporary Jr. Executive Assistant needed to support Accounting firm partner and Admin team in Midtown. Position could lead to a full time permanent position. Need pro-active, competent, confident and skilled individual with 3+ years experience to organize email, tasks, calendar, meetings, projects, timesheet entry, onboard new clients.
Must be proficient in ALL MS Office programs, including Outlook. Must have a very dedicated and loyal demeanor and be hungry to work and have a great career. Knowledge of accounting is a big plus! Excellent benefits and bonus eligibility.
College degree required. Position is hybrid remote/on-site.
