Job Purpose
To maintain cash flow and compliance at Circle, build cost optimization and ensure seamless credit operations.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Cash Flow & Compliance
Improve cash flow & Drive Compliance in Credit Process
Pre Due Date above
Increase digital payments to
Refund Compliance @ 100%
TRAI and other audit compliance
Cost & Budgeting : Cost optimization
Bill Printing & Delivery Cost as per budget
Green bill penetration – as per circle target
Achieve overall cost targets
Seamless credit operations – onboarding & others
Mitigate Risk & Seamless On boarding & Managing Quality of Acquisition
Credit monitoring, payment posting, billing operations and refunds
Reduction of Fresh flow to Bad Debt from 0-6 Cases
Governance on Quality of Acquisition across zones
Vigilance on Tele calling Model with launch of Zero Physical Verification. Maintaining below 5% as per Target.
Maintain reject rate
Ensuring smooth de dup activity of new activations
Monitor exposure impact on bad debt
Monitoring FRS alerts and actioning accordingly
Ensuring all circle level processes are followed as per guidelines
Automation / digitization of processes
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Credit risk management
Receivables management (Collection expertise)
Sound accounting / process / systems knowledge/ experience
Strategic thinking ability
Partner management skill
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Graduate/Post graduate with 5+ years of experience
