Job Description : BD Acquisitions has recently expanded to the area and is looking for the next great addition to our Client Services Representative team. Over the years, we have helped our clients grow tremendously by devising innovative advertising, sales, and customer-focused campaigns that exceed the status quo.Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our entry-level Client Services Representative team. Our entry-level Client Services Representatives are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.Responsibilities of the Client Services Representative: Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressedTrain directly with seasoned Client Services Representatives and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level roleMaster all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wantsUse our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when neededDisplay mastery of the entry-level Client Services Representative position by training newer representatives and team membersAttend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service effortsRequirements of the Client Services Representative: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not requiredAt least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or different consumer-facing environmentProficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the teamMust possess a student mentality to receive proper training and succeed within the role of the Customer Service RepresentativeWhy Work with BD Acquisitions?We want our employees to succeed, so we are willing to provide unlimited teaching, training, and other resources to help our employeesWe offer exposure to virtual networking eventsHolidays offGrowth potential based on individual performance rather than structural hierarchyCompany-paid retreatsJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $46,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee assistance programPaid trainingSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: Multiple Locations
