Job Description : 1) Personnel related functions. 2) Overseeing functions related to PF & ESIC. 3) Co-ordination with management, external bodies / consultant for any legal or labour related issues 4) Co-ordination & liason with factory inspectors, government organization, so as to meet the statutory requirement as per factory act 5) Co-ordinating with all departmental managers for MIS report 6) Will be responsible for all formalities related to central Excise, Customs, Sales tax & Service tax 7) Will be responsible for all formalities related to Imports & Exports 8) Banking related guidance & Co-ordination 9) Insurance related activities
