Team(s) you will work with: You will work with the Marketing & Communications team. You should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for all Marketing content (development and creation), including online branding, video, newsletters, case study, digital media marketing, etc.
Responsible for producing high-quality documentation (Marketing content, campaigns, and social media) that contributes to the overall success of our products.
Implements communications plans to increase brand awareness.
Presents information and instructions lucidly and logically for greater reader comprehension and edits technical information accordingly.
Creates tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Requirements
University degree in English/B.Tech./M.Tech.
Excellent written skills in English.
2+ years of experience in content writing, and development in IT industry.
Willing to work in Ahmedabad.
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting, as necessary.
Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Aware of the differences between British and American English.
Should be comfortable researching and writing on technical topics.
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
