We are looking for an energetic call center agent to join our team. We are a dynamic, recently-acquired and funded startup moving to the next phase of our high-growth path. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player who will fully engage and contribute to our highly interactive, collaborative and fun ‘family’ style culture that delivers outstanding business results and high job satisfaction. While hybrid work is an option for this position, the ideal candidate will be primarily office-based in order to fully engage in the culture and synergy of the team.The part-time work would allow for 20-30 hours per week.As a ShopHero Agent you are expected to:Take incoming calls for our Shopper Support and Retailer Support departments and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to customer queries and concernsDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and supportGuide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or servicesReview customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, and other account itemsCollaborate with other call center agents to improve customer serviceHandle callbacks, monitor and respond to customer/client chats, voicemails and emails, in a prompt and professional manner.In times between calls, our agents often work on Data Quality projects, which include but are not limited to:Product VerificationCategorizing of products in our databasePLU LinkingTraining for all Data Quality projects will be provided and no previous experience is needed.Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayNo nightsWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Provo, UT 84601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
