Responsibilities:
Own forecasting and demand planning responsibilities for assigned category / SKUsIdentify and communicate important trends at the SKU, category and partner levelContribute to the monthly company SIOP cycle by communicating forecast findingsDetect, investigate and resolve outliersChallenge input assumptions and suggest adjustments to plans as neededThrough a combination of technical ability and cross-functional collaboration, reduce forecast
error for assigned categories / SKUs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the forecasting and demand planning function

Qualifications:
BS / BA in related field or equivalent experience2-5 years in a technical supply chain role, preferably as a demand planner or forecast analystGeneral working knowledge of common forecasting methodologies (ETS, ARIMA, Regression,
Machine Learning)
Exposure to and understanding of S&OP or SIOPExperience reconciling quantitative forecasts with qualitative inputsGood knowledge of forecast error measurements and implications for other areas of the
business
Can work independently as well as part of a team

Nice to Have:
Advanced degree, continuing education or certifications such an MBAMITx Micro-Masters in Supply Chain Management
APICS CPIM, CSCP, etc.IBF – Certified Professional Forecaster
