Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.2. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.3. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.4. Helping prepare for meetings.5. Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.6. Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.7. Experience as a virtual assistant.8. Provide general administrative support.Executive Assistant Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.2. In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.3. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.4. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.5. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.6.
