Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives
Daily market visit and training promoters, other brand promoters, dealers on shops.
Observing sales encounters / analyzing pre-post achievement of training.
Studying & Maintaining sales results reports
Develops individual results providing coaching, conducting classroom training sessions
Developing outcome improvement resources / Refresher training for bottom performers
Flexible to travel across cities wherever required by respective ASMs.
Timely updating & imparting knowledge to promoters.
Should be training passionate, disciplined and basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint is must.
Daily Tracking of sales in group & motivating, encouraging promoters to sell.
Generate TNIs
Provide impactful in-store trainings
Able to include innovative methods of training’s & assessments
Conduct promotional activities at store to enhance sales
Experience 2 – 4 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
Industry Sales & Marketing / Business Development/telecaller
Qualification Advanced/Higher Diploma
