Position : Language Translator
Job Description : Translator to interpret written and audio pieces in English & Arabic languages, making sure to maintain their original meaning, format and tone
Translator responsibilities include :
Convert text and audio from one language to one or more others
Mediator for conveny message meaningful and Original over audio (Telephone)
Flexible to join for crisis call and support if require after duty hours
Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check quality of translation
Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy
Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs
Edit content with an eye toward maintaining its original format (e.g. font and structure)
To stay updated with current language translational tools and practices
Effective participation for Technical Escalations
Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLA
Participate in Change management, assess Risk and Impact
Design Template for service improvement
Take initiatives in learning, certifications & coaching
Participate with Team for OEM, Vendor, TPV & Customer language support
Supporting Organizational Business requirement.
Supporting Organization in certifications readiness & fulfillment as part of OEM partnership requirement
about you
Graduation/PG in Language Translation
Certification in Linguistics is a plus
Graduate in any discipline
ITIL-v3 Foundation certification ( Mandatory )
