Position : Payroll Clerk
Job Description : Jerry Seiner Dealerships are looking for a candidate to join our administrative staff in a payroll function. This person will work closely with the Office Manager and Controller on a daily basis.
This position will be responsible for:
Ensuring that employees are paid accurately, timely and in accordance with company policies, federal and state regulations. Provides professional customer service to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
Maintaining confidentiality
Ability to handle and maintain sensitive information
Processing paperwork for new hires and terminations
Accounting schedules
This person must be a self-starter, detail oriented, willing and able to work in a busy atmosphere with deadlines, work well with others and understand accounting entries.
Auto industry experience in the accounting aspects of the business is preferred but not necessary.
Wages start at $20+ per hour – DOE.
