Job Description : Job SummaryWe are a quickly growing property management company that is seeking a full-time associate to join our team and assist with the day-to-day inspections of our portfolio. Our ideal candidate will be someone who is professional, honest, hard-working, enjoys driving, and has a great attitude. We are looking for an individual to focus on providing quality control to ensure that properties are being cared for, residents are adhering to the terms outlined in the lease agreement, and all legal notices are accurately posted.Responsibilities and DutiesThe responsibilities of the property inspector include, but are not limited to:Inspecting properties that tenants are currently occupying to determine if any damage and/or violations have occurredProviding constant communication to the Property Manager regarding any lease violations discovered and notification of any problems that may arise from the inspectionGenerating professionally written, detailed property condition reports with photos that provide an accurate representation of the current conditionPosting notices at the rental properties and also placing signs at homes as neededTaking responsibility for the care of each client’s propertyCommunicating and working effectively and efficiently with other staff membersQualifications and SkillsPrevious experience in the property management is preferredMust have the ability to multi-task and be extremely detail orientedMust be able to work independentlyMust work well with strict deadlinesMust have an HS diplomaMust have a valid drivers license in order to visit properties on a daily basisJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $13.00 – $17.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location:Multiple locationsHours per week:20-2930-39Typical start time:8AMTypical end time:5PMWork Remotely:NoCOVID-19 Precaution(s):Personal protective equipment provided or requiredWork Location: Multiple Locations
