Our client is a leading vending Refrigeration Appliance manufacturer company located at Ahmedabad: Designation: Sales Coordinator Experience- 2+ Employee strength: 100+ Time: 10am to 7pm Working days: 6 days Salary – upto 3 lakh Gender : Female Job responsibilities: Participate and Coordinate in the strategy formation with the Sales and Marketing Team, aimed at achieving the goals of the Company including: Product mix selection Position and Brand building Developing distribution Channels Manage and coordinate the annual sales budgeting work, and report to the management Manage and coordinate creation of a Plan for the marketing work/activities and budget associated cost and report to the management Conduct market research and analysis Co-ordinate with SM team and submit quarterly sales report and next quarter projection Conduct weekly meetings with Sales & Marketing staff to plan and follow up on actions Create and maintain all sales and service-related documents and reports Sales and CRM related entries in ERP System. Maintain ERP system. Make quotations, NPEs, IOCs, PI and SI and maintain it Maintain relationships with dealers New Lead Generations and Client visits Service, Escalation support and customer support Coordination with technical team for any sales and service-related issues Facilitate efficient Sales coordination and proper after sales service to ensure Customer delight.

Provide Sales KPI’s and objectives, ISO 9001 compliance Special assignments given by the Managing Director Requirements Technical competencies 2-3 years of sales, service co-ordination and/or Marketing experience University Business Degree or any graduate Degree Good computer literacy MS office and mail communications Must be diligent in reporting, recording and communications Proven and exceptional record in Sales, Customer handling and CRM Preferred experience in an Manufacturing Unit Experience in ERP or similar systems, a must. Transferable competencies Good planning & Organization skills Must be able to multi task Must have collaborative approach Should be self-motivated Should be able to function well in a team Should be teachable and adaptable Experience in service co-ordination and related data entry and reporting Accountable for: Areas of responsibility Share of time 1 Sales budgeting and forecasting, Conduct market analysis 10% 2 ERP entries, Sales and service-related documents 30% 3 Overall planning of marketing & sales activities 15% 4 Coordination of the Sales, service & Marketing resources 25% 5 Sales coordination and after sales service (customer satisfaction, pricing) 5% 6 KPI’s and ISO 5% 7 Special assignments given by the Managing Director If interested kindly share your updated resumes on recruitment.synergy2@gmail.com
