Job Description : Neutron Interactive – Social Media Marketing ManagerJob Description: We are looking for an experienced social media marketing manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies in order to expand the target audience, enhance brand awareness, and generate high-intent traffic for one of our premier client brands. The ideal candidate will have experience creating brand content through various social media and content creator platforms. This person understands how to generate demand through digital channels, while engaging and growing our active community of customers and prospects.Job Requirements: Creating and executing a social media strategy using popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.Handles day-to-day content publishing and manages overall online marketing strategy.Drive consistent, relevant traffic and prospects from our social networks.Collaborate with marketing team on overall marketing and content strategy.Develop and distribute content that both engages our audience and generates awareness for our brand.Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations for optimizing our social media and content marketing strategies.Content Creator experience is a plus especially in podcasting or streaming platforms such as Twitch.Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends.Qualifications: 3-5 years of digital/social media marketing experience.Possess deep understanding of various social media platforms and how each of them relates to the day-to-day publishing and content strategy.Familiarity with latest tools for social media research and influencer identification, publishing, content management and analytics.Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.Excellent verbal/written communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.High level of initiative and self-motivation, ability to work in a team environment.Highly organized, strong attention to detail with ability to think critically and adapt quickly.About Us: Neutron Interactive is a performance-based online marketing and technology company that specializes in lead generation and lead aggregation.
