Job Description : We’re looking for a Videographer/Photographer to join our digital marketing team at Carlo’s Bakery.Based in Jersey City, NJ, this individual will contribute to the successful production of various creative assets & multimedia content creation to support our marketing & e-commerce department.The will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team to efficiently produce creative brand collateral and digital assets that support day-to-day operations in an omnichannel environment to achieve strategic corporate & brand initiatives.This candidate will have a passion for creativity, social media, production and will bring a fresh perspective to our creative needs.Primary Responsibilities: Shoot & Edit photos & videosLive and breathe in Adobe Suite with knowledge of photography, videography, video editing & formatting, equipment/hardware, etc.Producing multimedia content for social media channels, e-commerce, and digital marketing initiatives.Proficient in social media Facebook, Instagram, TikTok content to capture content in all formats, short-form video production, long-form videos, and still images for digital, email, social media platforms, and additional formats to fit strategic needs.Develop and support video strategy for posting content to maximize Social, SEO, and audience impact.Produce photos and video sessions with minimal supervision.Qualifications & Skills: 1-3 years of video & photo experience with a strong brand focus.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Experience with the following design tools: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Acrobat.Salary is negotiable based on work experience and skill level.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Videography/Photography: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
