This outward facing work occasionally requires evening and weekend hours.o Advance the NWN’s outreach and engagement strategies. o Document tasks and submit reports on direct service work.o Manage crisis situations with discernment, empathy and communication. o Utilize NW Network tools, advocacy approaches, analysis, and best practices to assist survivors and community members.What you bring: o A deep commitment to survivors of violence.o A demonstrated commitment to collaboration and working well as a team. o Experience doing people-driven work.
