Company Name : Computer Generated Systems
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Position : Contract and procurement Admin
Job Description : Managing vendor Contracts/SLA in Agiloft contract management system.
Maintaining updated Vendor database like Escalation matrix, Support details, SLA documents, Warranty/AMC information.
Coordination with Suppliers and Vendors of the company.
Coordination with other Departments on Purchase Requisition requirements and enter them into Great Plains AX system.
Prepare purchase orders and send order request to suppliers.
Managing AMC and Contract Renewal process. (Annual Maintenance Contract)
Manage renewal calendar and proactively work with vendors and suppliers to get renewal quotes and manage the process.
Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating vendors
Obtain Quotations, Conduct negotiating, Prepare draft contracts.
Coordination with Global Procurement team for approvals.
Manage placing orders, and monitoring their progress and maintain trackers.
Escalate issues that arise with shipment or orders that are incorrect.
