Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsible for:
– Long term plans & health of part of Product Portfolio (LMM) – Competitiveness, volumes, profitability and lifecycle plans
Working on the future product roadmapDriving Growth strategy from Conceptualization to business case closure and iterative steps to factor in necessary updates/tweaks during the Project stageVisualising and capturing trends which would have implications on categoryCreating, managing and implementing product life cycle plans for existing products with timely refreshes and full model changesDriving innovation and competitive advantage with equal focus on target customer’s needs & expectations, market trends, regulatory requirements and Brand identityRecommending pro-active steps to maximize penetration and market share in the target segment.
‘- Analytical decision maker with extensive experience in preparing successful Business Cases which contribute to increased volumes & market share by effective leadership and meaningful convergence amongst cross functional teams.
Seasoned executive with in-depth understanding of emerging Consumer codes, market trends, technologies and their commercial applications, as well as international business expertise, having managed Product Portfolio for International markets (IO exposure not necessary though).Motivated self-starter who has worked in multiple disciplines like Product Planning, Sales, Marketing and B2B (perhaps).Reasonable knowledge in Vehicle platforms and systems.Conversant and well exposed to trends in Automobile world in domains of Design and Technology
