Position : Evening Receptionist
Job Description : The Phoenix Recovery Centers, LLC is continuing to grow and looking to hire a part time front desk receptionist for our South Jordan location, with potential to become Full Time by summer.
Hours are Monday- Thursday 2:00pm- 8:30pm, hours are not negotiable.
At The Phoenix we believe in empowering individuals and families who are suffering from mental health disorders and chemical dependency to celebrate life through lasting solutions.
Duties:
Telephone Skills & be engaging with consumers and vendors
Scheduling appointments for clients
Assist in drug testing clients
Answer & address all calls in an engaging professional manner
Follow through in directing and transferring calls
Keep an accurate log of all potential clients, referral sources, how consumers obtained our number and follow a compliant script
Reports
Ensure completion of and accurate company audits and reports
Office Supplies- stamps, toner, paper, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and towels, ect…
Competency:
must be dependable!
Interacts professionally with clients and associates; establishes and applies boundaries
Effective Communication- Demonstrate high quality, professional oral and written skills to convey the high standard and image of the Phoenix.
Works as a competent member of team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers, and supporting group goals
Ability to prioritize independently and complete tasks in allotted time frame
Strong competency in using Microsoft office applications
Confidentiality
Adaptability
Efficiency- able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort
Honesty/integrity- does not cut corners ethically
