Job Description : HR Coordinator: We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs at an off site location . Must have broad knowledge of human resource functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. Position requires a wide range of HR tasks, such as Recruiting, maintaining personnel, payroll, and other confidential employee files, Safety training, administering employee benefits and leaves. Tracking of State and Federal mandated paperwork and records. Updating Data base, spreadsheets and training files. Main point of contact for employees on site. Disciplinary actions, attendance follow ups, suspension and termination.
