Job Description : Eaton Alliance is a company that provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Salt Lake and Utah County. We are looking for a hard working, motivated, organized and solution-focused individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and perform a variety of HR administrative duties. The duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from Recruiting, interviewing, and On-boarding to maintaining our employee database to employee relations. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesRecruit, screen, and hire potential candidatesCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Properly handle complaints and grievance proceduresCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesEnsure compliance with state contractsSkillsProven experience as an HR professional, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative positionFast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)Excellent organizational skillsStrong communications skillsHighly organized and efficientComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Human Resources is preferred, but not requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000 + DOEJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
