Job Description : Who we are: New World Management Inc. is an American management and consulting company located in Fort Lee, NJ. We specialize in working with companies from European countries and focus on the development, support, and administration of their U.S. subsidiaries. Our clients typically are planning or are engaged in their initial U.S. market entry. As such, we get involved in many practical details necessary for their success – from strategy development to market research to daily administration (HR, bookkeeping, insurance/compliance, systems development, etc.) of their subsidiary. Our work is hands-on with an emphasis on practical vs. theoretical.Duties and core responsibilities: This position offers you the chance to get in touch with all aspects of our daily work and allows you to gain experience and insight into many different industries and functional departments.You’ll be working on different accounts throughout the day providing a challenging and interesting environment.Since we are a small team, we offer real exposure to clients helping them to grow and develop their U.S. businesses. You will be supporting our team with the following:· Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.· Provide support to our clients’ employees in various HR related topics such as leave, benefits, payroll and to resolve issues and problems· Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions.· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for client companies (as needed)· Research and review HR-related state and federal rules and regulations, provide guidance and recommendations on respective topics· Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics· Interfacing with our client’s external service providers (lawyers, insurance agents, payroll providers)· Support clients and senior team members with inquiries/projects in other fieldsQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field· Minimum of two years of experience in HR sectorRequirements: You must be: · adept at multi-tasking· a great verbal and written communicator· unflappable, calm, and organized· friendly and have a sense of humor· willing to say “yes, we’ll try” instead of “no, it can’t be done”· computer savvy· hands-onWe offer: · Salaried position with bonus potential (depending on overall company success and personal performance)· Benefits (Health, 401K, Group Disability)· Unlimited PTO· Small, friendly work environment· Exciting and ever-changing workJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDisability insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:COVID 19: All employees are required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination.Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Payroll: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
