If so, you might just be our perfect person…We’re looking for someone with a warm, enthusiastic personality who easily helps people feel comfortable on the phone.You would make and receive a lot of phone calls, setup client appointments, email out information, and competently manage numerous contact details for our portrait studioYou’ll need to feel comfortable guiding people towards purchasing and overcoming objections.You’ll need to be ok with talking to people from all different social, economic, and cultural backgrounds, and be able to help them trust and enjoy talking to you.Hours are roughly 10-20 hours per week, working from home– a quiet environment with no interruptions is required.Job Requirements:Must have own computer with headsetMust have a smartphoneMust have experience with sales and appointment settingMust be available during traditional work hoursThe Ideal Candidate:Is well spoken and professional while maintaining warmthCan quickly and easily build rapport with anyoneCan take direction and is trainableComfortable with handling objectionsCan stay patient and calm (with people, tech issues etc)Willing to go above and beyond to solve a problemLoyal to a companyReliableTech savvy, especially with CRMs (KEAP/Infusionsoft and JustCall) and online scheduling with AcuityIs positive and enthusiastic about lifeLoves talking to and connecting with peopleTasks include:Calling warm leads who want to hear from youBuilding rapport with clientsSecure appointments for consultations and portrait sessions.Manage studio calendar for all appointments using Acuity scheduling.Develop and maintain an active database on all leads, potential clients, and current/past clients in studio CRM, specifically KEAP/Infusionsoft and JustCall.Provide ongoing feedback/communication to management and other team members on the needs of clients to better ensure successful client interactions.Participate fully in studio meetings.***Again, only applicants who submit the following will be considered: ***1.
