Job Description : Crown Pointe Care Center, a Skilled Nursing Center located in Columbus, OH, is looking for a Part time, EVERY OTHER WEEKEND, Administrative Support Specialist to join our team!JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES· Answering multiline phone system and channels them appropriately· Welcomes all incoming and exiting guests in a friendly and professional manner· Managing resident trust· Processing accounts payable· Mailing out statements· Verify/Updating patient insurance monthly· Provides backup support for all administrative staff· Assists with the maintenance of patient charts including scanning & uploading files· Distributing weekly facility menus· Facility tours (as needed)· Scheduling transportation for resident’s appointments· Other clerical duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES· Must have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.· Must be able to deal tactfully with team members, other staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.· Must be able to use a computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel and Word.· Must be able to multitask and work proficiently in a busy environmentEXPERIENCE· Customer service: 1 year· Scheduling 1 year Outlook 1 year· Microsoft Office: 1 year· Cash Handling 1 year· Preference given to applicants with experience in Point Click Care.Education: · High school or equivalentAbility to commute/relocate: · Columbus, OH 43235: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Shift availability: · Part time, every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 9am-5:30pmPerks working with us: · Daily Pay is Here! – Work today, get paid today.
