Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure all proposals of Trade promotions, Consumer promotions & Other Sales Promotions are duly approved by the management & entered into the system as well as filed as Hard copy
To ensure monthly & YTD MIS of budget vs. utilization of all Trade promotions, Consumer promotions & Other Sales Promotions is maintained & analytics provided on the same to management
Do the Pre & Post analysis of every Trade promotion, Consumer promotion & Other Sales Promotion & provide insights to the management for future planning
Ensure optimal & practical channel partner Claims SOP is aligned between Sales & Finance team & approved by the management
Ensure timely channel partner claim submission by the sales team as per SOP & timely disbursal of the approved claim amount to channel partner
Ensure Approved TA/DA policy is understood by all the stake holders
Ensure timely TA/DA submission by the sales team as per SOP & timely disbursal of the approved claim amount to sales team
Ensure Approved Sales Incentive policy is understood by all the stake holders
Ensure timely submission of Sales targets as well as Payout file with achievement vs. Target by the sales team as per SOP & timely disbursal of the approved Incentive amount to sales team
Ensure timely submission of bills by vendors as per SOP & timely disbursal of the approved payment amount to vendor
Desired Skills:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FMCG Industry of which 3-5 years in Sales Process Management.
Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance)
