We are committed to providing 5-Star Customer Service by using the best products, procedures and genuinely caring about the outcome of all our interactions.JOB SUMMARYThis position offers on-the-job training for the right applicant. Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to handle multiple tasks are important traits for this position, which is demonstrating 5-Star Customer Service and attention to detail in every customer interaction. Some of the job duties included will be:Answer busy, multi-line phonesSchedule appointments for new pest control customersConduct new customer Welcome conversation with positive & upbeat attitudeVerify data entry of customer accountsVerify customer payment detailsTrack and report sales numbers for multiple officesTrack and report on sales requiring manager overrideMaintain new client appointment calendarQUALIFICATIONS1-2 years previous Customer Service experience strongly preferredAble to maintain focus in a loud or distracting environmentStrong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy in every transactionMust be comfortable with high volume of calls on a daily basisHigh School Diploma or GEDJob Types: Full-time, TemporaryJob Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
