What you need to succeed
Good understanding of Desktop / Laptop environment (Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10).
Good to have troubleshooting experience for Linux & Ubuntu OS
Good knowledge of Operating System and basic system administration skills,
Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
Install and update OS patch, Application software, utility software, internet browsers etc.
Good knowledge on user data backup and Antivirus software.
Knowledge in troubleshooting basic Networking issues. Hardware Issues (Desktop, Laptop, Printer.
Resolve / Coordinate with Suppliers/ AMC vendor for resolution
Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problem
