Job Description : JOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE:The Administrative Assistant’s role is to support the administrative functions of the Chief of Staff and associated departments.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:· Inventory, order and stock office supplies· Manage and restock paper/plasticware supplies and cleanliness of the campus café regularly· Monitor campus for cleanliness and maintenance issues daily· Empty employee breakroom refrigerators weekly· Assist with printing and placement of campus signage· Support the clinical administration and facilities teams as needed· Perform reporting functions· Support student outreach· Tasks and projects as assignedBEHAVIORS AND COMPETENCIES:Technical and Professional Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAchievement of technical and professional knowledge, skills, and abilities is high in position-related areas; demonstrates curiosity and keeps current with trends in areas of expertise.Communication SkillsEffectively listens, speaks, observes, and empathizes while showing appropriate assertiveness, confidence, and respect.
