Job Description : Experience Required: Management experience required, customer service background, proven track record, motivated, ability to multi-task, ability to evolve and adapt, customer focused, and more.Responsibilities include and are not limited to- manage multiple brands service & parts departments and employees, evaluate and improve customer service, develop client-retention programs, resolve customer issues, CRM daily usage, team building/improve company and team morale, forecasts goals and objectives for the departments, train employees, monitor the performance of service and parts departments, ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures, holds department meetings, prepares and manages an operating budget, works with marketing department to generate revenue and customers, works with the sales department, and more.Job Type: Full-timePay: $130,000.00 – $200,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityExperience:Service Director: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
