Must be FUN, SMART, professional, efficient, helpful welcoming and inviting to customers.Baking experience not necessarily required (but is desired). We’ll teach you the “Smart Cookie Way”!! Come with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and be an important part of our flagship store in American Fork. Movie theatre next door, beautiful surroundings and great views. And how could you not love making cookies for a living?!Duties will include –(BAKER positions) Managing production of cookies, decorating sugar cookies, fulfilling orders, managing ingredient and supplies inventory, communicating with owners about special needs.(CUSTOMER SERVICE positions) Serving customers, packaging cookies, organizing orders, making beverage items, ice cream treats, handling money, interacting with customers, answering phone calls, cleaning, and maintaining overall the store and for customers. Advancement opportunities available!(HYBRID positions) All the above! This depends on your own desire to participate in all areas of our store operations.
