Job Description : Description:

This position is responsible for providing software customers with dedicated account management services via phone, email, and screen share to promote user-adoption and increase utilization of system. This position will also work in partnership with software development to analyze system techniques and procedures, provide feedback to developers, including consulting with end users to determine hardware, software, or system function needs.
A fast-paced role which requires a motivated person who enjoys helping others, teaching people new skills, and is patient during challenging situations.
Work from home flexible. Some office visits will be required. Office is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
. Requirements:

Account Manager Primary Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated account management for software subscribers to best learn the functionality and have an easy time using the system to its full benefits
Respond with cohesive information via email using our support ticketing system
Answer inbound calls from dedicated accounts to assist with questions on using the software
Schedule and complete onboarding calls and tasks to help new customers transition to using the software proficiently
Attend weekly team meetings and provide updates on accounts and any ongoing projects
Provide adequate updates to CRM to give insight to all team members on progress
Help with installing and troubleshooting hardware devices: label printers, credit card terminals, etc.
Help with troubleshooting any 3rd party integrated software and hardware
Consult with users to determine hardware and software needs and specifications.
Collaborate with Software Development team to design, create, and test software and specifications.
QA Testing
Account Manager Primary Qualifications:
Must be willing to work hard, stay motivated, and have a fantastic attitude
Customer first mentality, do the right thing, get better every day
Proficiency with computers, MS Office (Excel, etc.)
2+ years of account management experience, by phone and email (or relevant experience)
Ability to work 8am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday
Must have a private, dedicated at-home work environment clear of all distractions
