If you have a dynamic personality and drive to succeed, branch out from the traditional jobs and contact Sylvan Learning Centers now!JOB DESCRIPTION: Center Enrollments/Sales:Consult with inquiring families regarding their needsResponsible for enrollments, revenues, and general business performancePerform and direct the sales/enrollment process, including outstanding customer serviceLead your team in achieving specific revenue, operational, and academic goalsEngage in local marketing activitiesManage Team:Select, manage, and motivate center employeesPartner with the Executive Director/other Directors to assist in the center operations and the company’s overall successDemonstrate and uphold a high level of staff morale and spirit; ensure the professional standards of all personnel and the general appearance of your centerOperational/Educational Integrity:Motivate and develop staff through feedback and ongoing trainingCreate a positive learning environment by modeling motivational behavior in the center for staff, children, and parentsJOB REQUIREMENTS: Outgoing and dynamic personalityGreat organizational and scheduling abilitiesBachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.1-2 years sales or similar experienceOutstanding customer service and communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: Multiple Locations
