Job Description : Define, analyse and grow the overall experience of the Vitality ecosystem Interpret consumer insights to drive platform enhancements, usability and reward partnerships Identify customer proposition, and customer behavior / intent to drive customer engagement strategy & marketing proposition aligns to business strategy and business model across distribution channels Lead appropriate market and consumer research (primary and secondary) to develop a deep understanding of the customer needs and wants Analyse usage data to enhance platform engagement Develop a comprehensive consumer engagement plan to ensure that all business case metrics are achieved Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to deliver the desirable E2E customer journey Provide inputs into key product proposition based on marketing performance and insight. Map customer journey & flow and identify operational, usability issues or customer experience improvement opportunities based on data points, and provide resolution. Own online user journey and experience. Conduct health & wellness distribution research & competitive analysis to identify appropriate proposition enablers that assist drive product differentiation across channels Ensure timely execution of the project milestones Track performance on engagement metrics with a focus on successfully completing both, short and long-term goals Identify areas of improvement & and proactively work with stakeholders to address the same Identify risks from a customer and partner relationship perspective and establish suitable mitigation strategies Liaise with L&C to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations · Define and take ownership of achievement of experience related indexes such as retention, cadence, engagement and partnership value across all touchpoints Strong communications skills and leadership capabilities are a pre-requisite of role. Candidate will need to be able to communicate across: Internal – All functions / stakeholders ranging from L&C, Products, Sales, Finance and Operations External – Strategic business partners and outsourced services including Discovery, service vendors and reward/device partners
