Job Description : ***To be considered for this position, please apply online at https://www.calcareers.ca.gov/CalHrPublic/Jobs/JobPosting.aspx?JobControlId=297176***Performs a variety of custodial and janitorial taskwork, including but not limited to: cleaning and sanitizing all clinic exam rooms, offices, restrooms and hallways; spot treating: walls, flooring, stairways, hallways, restrooms and offices; sweeping, mopping, top scrubbing and spot waxing various flooring; vacuuming rugs and carpets; operating scrubber, buffer and other janitorial equipment/machinery; emptying, cleaning, and sanitizing various waste receptacles; cleaning and polishing designated cabinets, furniture, and woodwork; wiping down the interior and exterior surfaces of various windows, blinds, window screens, walls, furniture, upholstery, light fixtures, shelves, vents and grills; polishing various metal framings and fixtures; cleaning, sanitizing and restocking designated staff and inmate restrooms; attending trainings and meetings as required; providing instructions and on-the-job training for janitorial offenders while maintaining professionalism and a respectful precedence.Job Type: Full-timePay: $2,855.00 – $3,574.00 per monthBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: One location
