Job Description : Quotations to customer for new contracts – RSM request
Quotations to customer for existing contracts – Funnel
Communication to customer for quotation, PO follow up
New customer code, material code setup in ERP
Order creation in ERP, release from finance. Arranging necessary document for invoice generation.
Communication to customer for quotation, PO follow up
Invoice to be sent to customer and tracking details to Finance
Customer Complaint call Log and Monitor
Raise Service Notification to TAC team
Call Close follow up with TAC Team
Generation of reports from ERP and IMS and weekly circulation
