More than 5’000 employees in 33 countries help us develop the latest technologies for Reality Capture, survey and measurement.We are looking for a Customer Master Data Analyst to maintain the integrity of the customer and sales team databases in Salesforce.com and related systems. This person will be a data expert and will provide accurate updates to ensure the integrity of master data through proactive maintenance of various master data components and be accountable for the accuracy of critical data that has an immediate impact on sales.Customer Master Data AnalystWHAT YOU GET TO DO: Provide leadership and guidelines to drive Customer Master Data quality within the global organization.Proactively work with the in-country Sales and Marketing teams to identify duplicated and/or inaccurate data within the Salesforce database.Manage incoming ticket requests relating to duplicate records.Use tools developed within Salesforce to merge duplicate records (Accounts, Contacts and Leads)If required, investigate and if possible, remove SAP related merge blocksUtilize 3rd party tools (Orbis and LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness.Review and verify new incoming data from all sources, ensure appropriate levels of accuracy and completeness.Maintain accurate ownership structure for existing Salesforce recordsCreate new reporting and dashboard capabilities to illustrate customer master data challenges and results.Assess the effectiveness of current processes and suggest improvements and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities.Establish best practice, drive standardization, and create process and learning documentation.Assist in development and delivery of KPI metrics around customer data processes used to drive efficiency, revenue growth and increased accuracy of reporting.Participate in regional meetings and forums to provide updates on statuses and to receive feedback from stakeholders.Collaboration with Sales Operations personnel of the wider Hexagon Group to share best practice and experiences.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Required ExperienceExcellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and logical thinkingStrong verbal and written communicatorHigh issue tracking or project management skillsMust speak English (as the corporate language) in combination with any of the following languages – Spanish, PortugueseAbility to analyze data and make key decisions based on that dataSalesForce experience a plus.Capable of working independently and as part of a team working in a global environment.A well-organized, thorough, and flexible approach to managing workloadProven record of producing work to exceptional levels of accuracy within expected timeframesProactive and solution-oriented attitudeAbility to record and present the results of your work in a methodical fashion, identifying key performance factors and trendsCommitment and a desire to achieve excellence in everything you doStrong good team ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to get on with everyone in the teamGood understanding and knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Leica Geosystems, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
