Position : Data Analyst (10-15 hours/week)
Job Description : RedCloud is seeking a Data Analyst (10 – 15 hours/week) to support immediate client operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establish weekly insights for sales managers and drive appropriate actions (ex: follow up actions to close with seller).
Consolidate feedback/updates, collate insights for WW requests on behalf of sales managers (ex: top slipped deals, on time renewals).
Begin the journey to re-shape the pipeline to standards.
Identify stalled pipeline and address.
Proactive drive to suggest and engage appropriate accelerators.
Act as point of contact for program owners or operations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
5+ years in a lead or analyst role; high preference for experience working with sales operations data.
Experienced in data analytics (ideally Power BI) and comfortable working with data structures.
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and pipeline acceleration strategies.
Strong communication with stakeholders including communication with executive leadership.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
Familiarity with and ability to leverage appropriate Project Management tools and resources.
Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Detail-oriented, process-oriented, results-driven.
